Dub versus sub is the wrong fight. Timing is the real one.

The argument people rehearse is language. The one that actually changes the week is when a show lands, and whether the room is still in the same episode.

A three-week dub delay used to be normal. Simulcasts made the delay feel like a leak. That is a distribution choice, not a purity test.

If you care about a shared season, watch with the room you want. Sub, dub, or both later. The scarce thing is the week, not the track.
